Our History  Graphic: American flag flying
The John Young Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution was established in 1930.  Over the last 70 years, the membership has grown from 30 to nearly 160 members who hail from West Virginia and 15 other states.
The Chapter is a patriotic organization that is very much involved in its community. Its members consist of lawyers, nurses, teachers, librarians, business women, artists, quilters, mothers and grandmothers, and retired women who give much time to their churches and community.
